South India’s tallest skyscraper will be built in Hyderabad as the city-based company SAS Infra has taken up the project. Twisting into the sky with 57 floors, the SAS Crown will stand at 228 metres in the Golden Mile Layout at Kokapet.
It is spread across 4.5 acres with five towers comprising 235 residences. The SAS Crown will overtake a 50-storied building in Bengaluru to become the tallest skyscraper in South India.
The project was granted a building permit by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) and was approved by the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority recently. The construction has commenced and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2025.
As of today, the price is Rs 8,950 per sqft in SAS Crown with the starting price of each residence pegged at Rs 6 crore. These plush apartments will be one of the ultra-luxury kind with the most impressive modern marvels.
The HMDA officials said the building has been granted permission only after a detailed study of traffic assessments, citing there will be no traffic congestion in the Greenfield satellite townships in Kokapet.
