Viral Video: Air India Plane Stuck Under A Bridge

In a rare incident, An Air India plane got stuck underneath a foot over bridge yesterday and the footage on the same is now going viral on the internet. The videos and pictures show the aircraft wedged under a bridge near the Delhi airport.

It is understood that the airplane, which did not have wings, must have been transported when it got stuck on the Delhi-Gurugram highway. The incident has partially blocked the traffic with vehicles passing on one side of the highway, while the other side fills the largely blocked plane.

The viral video has been shared, liked in huge numbers and left netizens wondered how the aircraft managed to get stuck in the first place. Later the statement has been released saying that the aircraft had been deregistered and sold off. It got reportedly stuck after the buyer was transporting it.

“This is a deregistered scrapped aircraft of Air India which has been sold off. This was transported last night by the party. Air India has got no connection whatsoever with the aircraft under any circumstances,” read the statement.
