Aryan Khan bail rejected for the third time!

The bail petition of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood hero Shah Rukh Khan has been yet again rejected. This means Aryan Khan’s stay behind the bars will be longer than anticipated.

Earlier in the day the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had submitted a couple of pieces of evidence to a special NDPS court at Mumbai. The NCB produced a WhatsApp chat of Aryan with a young actress and they reportedly discussed drugs. However the NCB did not disclose the details of the heroine’s name.

Lawyers of Aryan Khan claimed that no drugs were found with the 23 year old. The NDPS court also declined bails to Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha who were also arrested along with Aryan on October 3rd.

Aryan Khan and the other two were booked under sections 8(c) read with 20b (purchase), 27 (consumption), 28 (attempt to commit offence), 29 (abetment/ conspiracy) and 35 (presumption of culpable mental state) of the NDPS Act.

Aryan was kept at Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail since October 8th.
