CEO Fires 900 Of his Employees In A Zoom Call!

Better.com CEO Vishal Garg shocked 900 of his employees in a Zoom call, with the news of massive lay-off.

Vishal Garg fired 900 of his employees in a Zoom call on Wednesday over the reasons of performance, productivity and efficiency. Vishal in the Zoom call said, ‘This is not the news that you are going to want to hear. If you are on this call, you are part of the unlucky group that is being laid off. Your employment here is terminated effective immediately.’

The mortgage company CEO fired up about 9 percent of Better.com’s employees. One of those employees who were on that brutal Zoom call leaked it online and the CEO is facing the heat for terminating employees right before the holidays.

Mr. Garg called that particular Zoom calla ‘challenging’ one as per Daily Mail and he also revealed that he cried when he did it last time and this time he hoped to be stronger.

On the flip side, Garg reportedly came down heavily on his staff calling them ‘lazy and unproductive’. In the past too, he was ridiculed for an email he sent to one of his employees that read, ‘You are TOO DAMN SLOW. You are a bunch of DUMB DOLPHINS… SO STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT RIGHT NOW. YOU ARE EMBARRASSING ME.’
