The new Covid-19 cases in AP are reporting with a record every other day. In the last 24 hours, 6045 cases have been reportedly and the total cases count has surpassed 60K. The total cases count stand at 64,713.
A total of 49,553 samples were tested yesterday while Vizag has posted over a thousand cases with 1049 and East Godavari posted 891 new cases. In Vizag, the police are also falling prey of the virus. 50 police personnel across ten police stations have been infected of the virus so far.
65 deaths have been reported as of July 21 and total death count has touched 800 mark too. Guntur reported maximum deaths in the last 24 hours with 15 while Krishna, West and East Godavari districts followed.
The active cases count is 31,763 and discharged count is 32,127.
