‘You Indians Are Everywhere’: Texas Racist Attacks On Indians

In an extremely shocking viral video, a Mexican-American woman was seen attacking Indian women in a parking lot.

The incident took place on Wednesday night in Dallas, Texas. The racist woman was identified as Esmeralda Upton and she was arrested now. She was seen saying in the video, ‘I hate you Indian. All these Indians come to America because they want a better life. You Indians are everywhere.’

She tells the groups of Indian women to go back to India before yelling at them, ‘You people are ruining this country.’ While using the F-word, the Mexican-American woman also said, ‘If life was so great in India, why are you here.’

The video also has that woman using racial slurs and she almost physically attacked at least two Indian women.

The Indian woman in the video is seen requesting the attacker to not make racial slurs.

The woman belongs to Plano. A press release came out that Plano police officers responded to the disturbance and arrested a woman under the ‘Assault Bodily Injury’ and ‘Terroristic Threats’. Additional charges may be forthcoming and the incident is currently under investigation by the Plano police department’s Crime Against Persons Unit as a hate crime.

The video has gone viral and a lot of Indians responded and expressed their anguish upon the incident.
