In what could be a sickening act, the pro-RSS supporters have hailed Nathuram Godse and burned the effigy of MK Gandhi and this incident happened on the eve of Gandhi’s death anniversary on Monday. A video of the same has surfaced on social media and this has stormed the internet.
The video shows people wearing saffron clothes hailing Godse and they tied a flexi of Gandhi’s image to the effigy. After hailing Godse, the effigy was burned and the pro-RSS supporters continued to chant slogans in support of Godse.
This is really a distasteful incident and everyone should condemn it. Unfortunately the incident was not reported while the police turned blind eye without registering any case and detaining the people involved.
