Corona patient commits suicide in Bengaluru

A 50-year-old Corona patient allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the seventh floor of the hospital. This incident is reported at Trauma Care Centre in Victoria Hospital campus in Bengaluru.

Going into details, the man who is yet to identified was tested positive of the virus on April 24th and was moved to the above mentioned hospital. Due renal compilations, he was shifted to the ICU which is in seventh floor and on Monday he was supposed undergo dialysis.

However, the deceased broke the fire exit and jumped from there around 8:30 AM. The people in the hospital heard a huge sound and rushed to the spot but by then the he was killed. The hospital sources said that man developed Severe Acute Respiratory Infection and was also suffering from pneumonia, Hepatitis C viral infection and chronic renal disorder.

The police have launched an investigation on this whether the man jumped to commit suicide or was it accidental. With this, the total number of deaths in Karnataka state touched 20 but the family and welfare department claimed that this is not a Corona death which is strange.
