Ekta Kapoor is producing Gandii Baat under her Alt Balaji productions. The series usually comes up with sensual stories in a rural backdrop. And for the latest poster of the series 6 announcement, the makers seem to have chosen to show a woman in a revealing attire but come from a lotus flower.
The poster is now ridiculed by all for making a crude thumbnail of Goddess Lakshmi on the lotus flower as it resembles her. Many were seen dropping tweets objecting to the new poster of Gandii Baat and also trending the hashtag #EktaKapoorShouldApologize.
Also, many others were seen asking for a ban on Alt Balaji to save ‘Culture and society’.
Despite the controversies, Gandii Baat is one of the very popular web series and is in its seventh season currently.
