Amidst the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine, distressing news has surfaced concerning Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharucha, who is currently stranded in Israel.

A member of Nushrratt’s team confirmed this troubling situation, stating, “Nushrratt Bharucha is stuck in Israel, where she had traveled to participate in the Haifa International Film Festival.” The last contact with her was around 12:30 pm on Saturday, during which she was in a basement and safe.

Additional details are being withheld for security reasons. Since the last contact, attempts to reach Nushrratt have been unsuccessful. The team is working diligently to ensure her safe return to India and remains hopeful for her well-being.

Nushrratt, known for her recent appearance in the film ‘Akeli,’ released in August, where the storyline portrays a girl trapped in Iraq’s civil war, desperately trying to return home amid the chaos. Tragically, the film’s plot has become a reality in the actress’s life.

It’s important to note that during this personal ordeal, on Saturday, the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas initiated a severe attack on Israel, launching 5,000 rockets in just 20 minutes. This attack resulted in over 100 casualties and more than 900 injuries. Additionally, Hamas claimed to have taken Israeli soldiers and citizens as hostages. In response, Israel’s counter-attack led to 198 deaths and approximately 1,500 injuries, escalating the already tense situation in the region.
