Bollywood’s busiest hero Akshay Kumar has been trolled since today morning. The Khiladi star promised to not sign in as a brand ambassador for Pan Masala anymore when he was questioned about the responsibility as an influencing celebrity.
Akshay Kumar apologized for it and vowed he would never do a pan masala branding again, but during a cricket match in the ongoing World Cup, a commercial with Akshay, Ajay Devgn, and Shahrukh appeared.
The brand endorsement has gone viral and Akshay Kumar had to face the heat for it. Many on social media trolled him and questioned if he forgot his word for money. With him being the most discussed topic on the internet, Akshay Kumar came out explaining the situation to all. The man said he couldn’t do anything with that pan masala advertisement because it was shot in 2021 october and they have the right to broadcast it until the end of this month.
Akshay Kumar stressed that it his announcement to quit pan masala endorsing was made after shooting for it and that he cannot do anything now. Well, his explanation seems to have calmed the trolls now. Meanwhile, his Mission Ranigunj went on to become one of the biggest disasters of the hero.
