Vizag Girl Checks Into Hyderabad Hotel With BF, Found Dead

In a shocking incident, a 23-year-old girl was found dead at a hotel in Hyderabad’s Madhapur. The girl with severe injuries and swelling on her face and head was rushed to a private hospital on today morning in Kondapur, where doctors declared her dead. The deceased was identified as Sharon Nikhita Topno, a native of Vizag.

According to the available information, Nikhita checked into a hotel in Road No. 5, Siddiq Nagar, Madhapur, around 2 pm on Monday, September 21, along with her boyfriend, Srinivasa Ravi Teja. In the early hours of Tuesday, Nikhita was rushed to the hospital by Ravi Teja and hotel staff. Doctors examined her and declared her dead. Police were informed about the incident. Police stepped in and found severe injuries and swelling on Nikhita’s face and head. This raised questions over her death, sparking suspicion that Nikhita was beaten to death.

The case took an even more suspicious turn when Ravi Teja allegedly fled the hospital soon after doctors declared Nikhita dead. He reportedly left without informing the hospital authorities and hotel people and has remained untraceable. Madhapur police have launched a search for Ravi Teja and are trying to establish what happened inside the hotel room before Nikhita was taken to the hospital.

During an inspection of the hotel room, police reportedly found bloodstains on the walls and bedsheet. A clues team was called in to collect forensic evidence, while investigators are examining CCTV footage and other evidence to reconstruct the sequence of events.

Meanwhile, Nikhita’s body was shifted to Osmania General Hospital for a post-mortem examination. Police have registered a case and are investigating the circumstances surrounding her death. The post-mortem report, forensic findings and CCTV footage are expected to provide crucial clues about the cause of death and what happened inside the hotel room.
