India has made two records in the total cases and recoveries of the Covid-19. In the total cases, the tally has touched 60 Lakh mark with 82,170 new cases getting reported in the last 24 hours. Currently the total count stands at 60,74,703 and is inching towards the USA figures.
In the recoveries, India touched the 50 Lakh mark and astonishingly the last 10 Lakh recoveries were added in just 11 days. The Union ministry of health claimed that at least 90K people are recovering every day in recent times and so far the recovery number is 50,16,521.
At present the active cases count is 9,62,640 and about 1039 people have died in the last 24 hours and the total death tally is 95,542. ICMR stated that 7,19,67,230 samples have been tested as of September 27th.
