‘Friends’ Actor Matthew Cause Of Death Inconclusive

‘Friends’ actor Matthew Perry’s death is unknown and has been ‘deferred’ due to pending toxicology reports. Reports say that an autopsy was completed but it could take six months for an official cause of death.

Matthew Perry died after an apparent drowning in a hot tub at his house in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles on Saturday. He was found unresponsive.

Perry’s post-mortem examination was inconclusive and the officials await the results of toxicology tests. Drugs were not reportedly found on the scene and no foul play is suspected. His body was ‘ready for release’ and the coroner reportedly listed ‘other significant conditions as a cause of death.

Matthew was 54 when he died. Perry was battling with addiction to painkillers and alcohol and attended rehabilitation clinics on multiple occasions.
