RCB vs KXIP Preview: Can Punjab Bounce Back with This Game?

Tonight in IPL, we will be witnessing a game between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kings XI Punjab. While the former looks solid with a settled playing XI, the latter is in trouble by winning one of the seven games they played. The only game they won in this season was against RCB. That will be the only happy factor for Kings XI. They want to get back to the success track by getting another victory against Bangalore.

The case is different with RCB as they look very strong. They have a solid batting line up in the form of Aaron Finch, Devdutt Padikkal, Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers and Chris Morris. All of them are consistent as well. The bowling looks even more settled with the likes of Morris, Isuru Udana, Yuzi Chahal and Navdeep Saini. They will be planning to take revenge on Punjab in this game. Most likely, they will go with the same playing XI of their last game.

Coming to Punjab, despite having good batsmen and bowlers, they are simply finding no way to win the games. The players are doing well individually but failing as a team. If they need to win matches, it should be a team effort. They cannot rely on individual performances in every game. We might see Chris Gayle playing in this match. Maybe, he will replace Glenn Maxwell.
