Burari Case Returns? Family Of 5 Found Dead In A Mass Suicide In MP

Tragedy strikes the Ravdi village of Madhya Pradesh state as a family of five have been found dead in what appears to be a case of mass suicide. The family consists of father Rakesh Dodwa (27), mother Lalita Dodwa (25) and their children Laxmi (9), Prakash (7) and Akshay (5).

While the bodies of Rakesh, Lalita, Prakash and Akshay have been found hanging from the ceiling, Laxmi was lying lifeless on the floor. The bodies of the family were found around 9:20 AM on Monday morning. Forensic experts suggest that the incident would have likely occured on Sunday evening. No suicide note was found.

This chilling incident brings back memories of the Burari mass deaths in 2018, where a family of 11 were found dead in a case of mass suicide in New Delhi. Further investigation revealed that the family died due to a shared delusion or psychosis which led them to believe that the suicide was an elaborate ritual done for the betterment of their family.
