The Oscars’ nominations announcement will finally be held on January 23, after being postponed once earlier, due to the Los Angeles Wildfires.
The nominees were originally supposed to be revealed on January 17, which was defered to January 19 later.
Bowen Yang and Rachel Sennott will announce the nominees for the 97th Academy Awards.
The Award ceremony will take place on March 3 at Dolby Theatre and will be hosted by Conan O’ Brien.
The actors will reveal the names of the nominees for all the 23 categories which would be livestreamed, from the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater.
Final voting will begin on February 11 and will continue till February 18.

Yang is a Emmy-nominated actor and writer known for his work on ‘Saturday Night Live’. He also won acclaim for ‘Las Culturistas’ podcast with Matt Rogers. His last movie is ‘Wicked’.
Sennott was recognized for her projects ‘Shiva Baby’ and ‘Bodies Bodies Bodies’ and ‘Saturday Night’.
