United States 45th President Donald Trump is considered as a “historic loser” among the loser presidents. Trump, who is the first president with neither prior public service nor military experience, has become a historic loser. Impeachment

Donald Trump was “impeached”. Impeachment was initiated against Trump on Dec 18, 2019 when the House of Representatives approved articles of impeachment on charges of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. However, the Senate acquitted Trump of these charges on Feb 5, 2020.

Losing Re-election

Trump lost re-election. He joined the history club of one-term presidents of the United States. Trump joined nine other presidents who were rejected by the American voters. Losing Popular Vote Twice

Donald Trump lost the popular vote. Not just once. He lost the popular vote twice and both by millions. While he had secured 46.09 percent (6,29,84,828) popular votes in 2016 against Hillary Clinton who got 48.18 percent (6,58,53,514) popular votes. Yet Trump had made it to the White House. As of now, Biden secured 50.6 percent popular vote (7,50,10,459) whereas Donald Trump got 47.7 percent vote (7,06,86,229).
