As we have been reporting consistently, the government of the United States has been going pretty hard regarding the deportation drive that was initiated by the Donald Trump administration. The United States completed three rounds of deportation till now(331 Indians), and here is a look to the statistics associated with the same.
Going by the statistics related to the US deportation Drive, it can be understood that Punjab is leading the chart with as many as 126 people belonging to the state getting. Haryana comes second with 110 deportations, followed by Gujarat at 74.
United States has deported 331 Indians in three flights. Punjab -126 Haryana – 110 Gujarat – 74 Uttar Pradesh – 6 Maharashtra – 5 Himachal Pradesh – 2 Rajasthan – 2 Goa – 2 Chandigarh – 2 Jammu & Kashmir – 1 Uttarakhand – 1.
It must be noted that every single deportation victim till now belongs to the northern India and not a single deportation has happened with regard to South Indian states.
This perhaps gives an indication of the deportation statistics which clearly indicate that the majority of illegal immigration is happening from the north Indian states.
Another point to be noted is that Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have the highest number of students travelling to the United States in all of India, but the number of illegal immigration here are extremely low. In fact, not a single person associated with the Telugu states has been departed till now.
