Hyd Weather Alert: Surprise Rain In Peak Summer

It’s the peak Summer season but there is a sudden change in the weather in Telangana state. Heavy rains are falling in many districts, including Hyderabad. The rain for an hour has turned the roads of Hyderabad into ponds.

Flood water has reached knee-deep in many places. All the roads are flooded. Traffic jams have formed. The motorists are facing severe difficulties. Trees have been uprooted by strong winds in many places. Videos related to this are going viral and the Hyderabad traffic police issued a warning about the traffic jams and water clogging in main junctions.

The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert stating that there is a possibility of rain with thunder, lightning and strong winds for another three days.

The sources from the Meteorological department says that the April will witness a severe thunderstorm along with huge heat waves.
