The President of United States, Donald Trump has been taking several radical decisions regarding tariff and related fiscal matters. He had the audacity to announce a 25% tariff on India, which would be coming to effect from August 1. Trump reportedly plans to punish India for their oil and weapons trade with Russia by imposing these tariffs.
This new tariff margin is expected to create substantial and marginal corrections in the ongoing trade agreements between India and United States, and several commodity prices could be affected by the same.
In this context, Trump has now shared a new tweet where he went all out against India and Russia as he categorically fired on the two countries. He specifically pointed out that he does not care what India does with Russia or about their trade agreement.
don’t care what India does with Russia. They can take their dead economies down together, for all I care. We have done very little business with India, their Tariffs are too high, among the highest in the World.
Likewise, Russia and the USA do almost no business together. Let’s keep it that way, and tell Medvedev, the failed former President of Russia, who thinks he’s still President, to watch his words. He’s entering very dangerous territory, Trump stated.
It is overwhelming evident that Trump is letting his bilateral relationship relationships with the leaders of the two nations, primarily Russia to get in his administrative position.
