War Effect: Hyderabad Biryani May Get Even Tastier Now!

It is already known that the Hyderabad hotel Association had principally confirmed that there is a severe shortage in compel gas supply. Now this has warranted adequate measures as hotels are having to go after alternative sources. 

On that note, the latest series of viral videos on social media are publishing one of the most famous biryani outlets in Hyderabad using firewood stove in the place of LPG stove.

This famous Hotel had been in operation for several decades, and they have the reputation of producing one of the most iconic biryanis in the city. They are now forced to go back to firewood cooking due to the shortage in LPG cylinders. 

This is the traditional method of cooking in India, but this was largely replaced by the LPG cooking methods in recent years. And now that there is a shortage in supply of LPG cylinders, these hotels are having to go back to their traditional methods of cooking.

Several hotels have largely confined their menu in order to comply with the reduced gas supply, and now we are witnessing even iconic biryanis joints in the city going back to cooking with firewood. 

One good thing here is that there is this popular notion that Biriyani that is cooked on firewood generates more taste than the LPG cylinder cooking. So the biryani enthusiasts in the city will be getting to taste the authentic and traditional biryani in this current scenario.
