It is already known that the ongoing conflict between Iran and the United States is starting to deteriorate and escalate every single day. Iran has already issued a strong warning to the United States that they would be striking mega companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and other campus, if US does not back off.
On that note, something extremely significant has happened now as Iran has reportedly struck an Amazon campus in Bahrain.
According to the latest developments, which are reported by national and international media channels, Iranian drone strikes damaged AWS data centers in Bahrain (and UAE), causing outages. Amazon confirmed the physical impacts and service disruptions.
Iran suspect that these mega companies have been providing technical back up to the United States military operations, which are directly affecting Iran. This could possibly be cited as the reason behind this drone attack done by Iran today.
This is the first time that mega company has been physically vandalised due to the ongoing war, and it has to be seen how the United States military would retaliate to the same, considering the gravity of this matter.
