Caught in Bar Incident, Star Cricketer Retiring?

Cricketers enjoy the most lavish lifestyle amongst celebrities but at the same time, they are even closer to controversy and antisocial elements ever so frequently. The case of England test, captain Ben Stokes is a perfect example of the same.

Earlier Ben Stokes was caught in a brutal bar fight incident that happened in 2021, and he took an indefinite break from Cricket after that. Now, after returning to Cricket, Ben Stokes did not change much as he is involved in another bar incident that happened just hours after England beat New Zealand in the test match.

Reports suggest Ben Stokes will be removed from his role as Test captain for England, with a complete international retirement likely to follow immediately. There are also reports that Stokes is considering a voluntary retirement before the team takes any disciplinary action against him

The severe decision stems from an off-field setback, with the ECB launching a formal investigation into a nightclub incident involving Stokes and another England player, Gus Atkinson.

Ben Stokes is one of the finest players of this generation and there was a lot of potential to be realised, but his career was always met with controversy and off cricket issues. He could finally be calling it, quit as he is likely to step down as the England, captain, and also retire from Cricket forever.
