Apart from that, it is being established that more than 1.8 lakh tickets that were originally issued for the FIFA World Cup are yet to be sold. Many of these tickets are being resolved in the resale market and that’s a worrying sign.
For the first time in history, the stadium that would be hosting FIFA World Cup could be witnessing empty seats. Many people are saying that the high ticket price is imposed by the United States, which is hosting the World Cup could be main factor for the same.
Generally, the FIFA World Cup tickets are much in demand and sell for thousands of dollars in the market, but the situation is the exact opposite this time.
Meanwhile, the stage is being prepared for the start of the World Cup from June 12, while Argentina, France and Spain will start the tournament as the favourites.
