Artificial intelligence has started to completely take over the global tech technological space. On one hand, more and more people are starting to use AI for their day-to-day activities while companies are enforcing a strict AI oriented policy to enhance working rate.
This is also resulting in severe crisis in the job market with companies starting to reduce human workforce and incorporating more of AI into their work environment.
When this topic was brought to discussion amongst the broad section of the working capital, the millennials were more happy with the AI Corporation while Gen Z is seriously concerned about the same.
Workers in their 40s, 50s and 60s are the most positive about AI as the transition is creating more opportunities for senior level workers, according to new research reports.
Adding to that senior tech experts are able to track their work thanks to AI, which is creating them more opportunities.
Nearly half of Gen X workers, born between 1965 to 1980 opine positively about how their companies are using AI.
On the other hand, we have the more important Gen Z which is concerned about the AI. Nearly 2/3 of the Gen Z population which took part in the survey felt that AI is taking away their jobs and reducing the opportunities at the opening level.
This is largely due to the fact that AI is capable of doing all the entry level technological jobs on its own, so there is no need for human capital. This is resulting in reduced opportunities for the current generation in the software market as the jobs are being taken away by AI.
