President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris have taken the oath of office. Joe Biden has become the 46th president of the United States of America and Kamala Harris as the first female, first Black and first South Asian vice president.
Joe Biden took the oath of office and he was sworn in by Chief Supreme Court Justice John Roberts. At 12 PM ET, Biden has officially become the President of the United States.
Kamala Harris was sworn in by Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
