A video went super viral where a San Fransisco woman was seen coughing on the Uber driver in the car and also pulling his mask off. She is now charged with multiple felonies for the alleged crime.
Arna Kimiai is an anti-masker and even coughed on the driver when the latter pulled off the car asking the passengers to put on the mask. The woman was charged with attempted robbery and one count of assault on a transportation driver. She was also charged with two misdemeanor offenses, one count of battery and one count of violating Covid-19 health protocols.
Arna Kimiai faces up to 16 years in prison and more than $3000 in fines. The Uber driver is Subhakar Khadka and the video has Kimiai deliberately coughing on Khadka while laughing and yelling racial slurs all along. Kimiai also sprayed pepper spray in the car before leaving.
