Taking his new diet news to his Instagram, the actor said that he is fasting for 23 hours and will have an eating window for only one hour a day. One has to have a lot of willpower and determination to do 23:1 fasting and Hrithik seems to be pulling it off effortlessly.
In order to keep himself fit and energetic, Hrithik is opting new ways. He wrote – “23hour fast. #healthyliving #resilience #disciplineequalsfreedom”. He also included a selfie where he is seen winking in pride and a screenshot of an app monitoring his fast. Moreover, Hrithik’s grey hair look impressed his fans and netizens praised the actor for his blessed looks.
