OMAD is all about fasting for 23 hours straight and then consume one large meal in a 60-minute eating window. B-town Greek God, Hrithik Roshan, who is a fitness freak and health-conscious, is said to be on OMAD right now in the lockdown.
Taking his new diet news to his Instagram, the actor said that he is fasting for 23 hours and will have an eating window for only one hour a day. One has to have a lot of willpower and determination to do 23:1 fasting and Hrithik seems to be pulling it off effortlessly.
In order to keep himself fit and energetic, Hrithik is opting new ways. He wrote – “23hour fast. #healthyliving #resilience #disciplineequalsfreedom”. He also included a selfie where he is seen winking in pride and a screenshot of an app monitoring his fast. Moreover, Hrithik’s grey hair look impressed his fans and netizens praised the actor for his blessed looks.
