Her age-defying looks are not only inspiring but also motivating as she puts her hundred per cent into achieving her fitness goals. Her fans go gaga over her washboard abs and how she maintains a good shape every single day.
Adding positive inspiration in her fans’ lives, Malaika shared three simple abs exercises on her Instagram, vouching for the ability to sculpt a perfect body in just 14 days. “The secret to a good workout is making it fun. I enjoy my workout not only because it makes me feel healthier but also because it makes me happy,” wrote Malaika in her caption. The actress can be seen wearing a grey halter-neck sports bra and Yoga pants, doing workouts like a pro.
Malaika often shares her yoga asanas and workout videos to motivate her whopping followers on social media. She swears by yoga and in spite of no weight issues, Malaika does hardcore weight training to keep herself healthy and super-toned. And, we think she is doing a marvellous job at the age of 48!
