Hero’s Wife Sends Legal Notice For Divorce

One more Bollywood couple is heading towards divorce. Talented actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya Siddiqui reportedly sent a legal notice for divorce to him, for which he has not responded yet.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife sent a legal notice for divorce also claiming maintenance. The notice was sent to the actor through email on May 7 and he was sent the same via WhatsApp as there is the unavailability of speed post due to coronavirus pandemic.

Nawazuddin is in his hometown Budhana in UP with his family members and he went there on May 12, as his mother suffered anxiety attacks post his younger sister’s death due to breast cancer at the end of last year. Nawazuddin tweeted the same yesterday.

Aaliya reportedly expressed her anguish with her 10 years of married life and she stated that the problems started right after the wedding and she no longer wants this marriage. Aaliay said there are a lot of things that she does not want to bring it in the public domain and she said the introspection in lockdown helped to decide on divorce.

Saying that she has not thought much about the future, Aaliya said she wants to end the marriage and also going back to her original name Anjana Kishor Pandey. Aaliya also said she always felt alone and she was made nobody while mentioning that his sister Shamas was also an issue.

Aaliya wants to get sole custody of her two children and according to the lawyer, the allegations are serious and sensitive to the Siddiqui family, so he does not want to reveal any of them.

Earlier in 2018, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya were summoned by the police regarding a call-detail record scam, wherein four private detectives were arrested for giving the CDR of Aaliya to an advocate.
