During the IPL auction in February, Sun Risers Hyderabad CEO Kaviya Maran expressed hope that her team will open the season with a bang. Much to her shock, the team displayed poor performance in their opening match. Adding to the misery, the team lost an easy match to Royal Challengers Bangalore in their second match that took place yesterday.
SRH did not give a tough fight and lost a simple match, and it is the reason for the anger of fans on social media. Kaviya Maran herself could not believe that the team results in a big disappointment to everyone. Her reactions during the match caught the attention of many.
Like all the matches, SRH CEO Kaviya Maran attended yesterday’s match along with her family members and friends in the MA Chidambaram Stadium stands. However, she was on cloud nine until the last 20 minutes of the game, thinking that they will open the tournament with a victory. But, a single over brought out mixed and heart-breaking reactions from her.
