Hyd Girl Gets Microsoft Job Offer At Rs 2 Cr Per Annum

The US has always been the land of opportunities for aspiring students. And the country welcomes talent with open arms. We have nearly 40–65% of Indian students studying MS programs (Engineering/CS) in most ‘known’ US universities and they also excel in America with their talent and efforts.

In a similar vein, a Hyderabad-based girl Narkuti Deepthi has earned a job as a software development engineer at the Microsoft headquarters in Seattle as a part of campus interview recruitment recently. Deepti will receive a pay scale of a whopping Rs 2 crore per annum and is all set to join the Microsoft headquarters at Seattle tomorrow on May 17.

The Hyderabad girl did her MS (Computers) at the University of Florida in February 2021 where she also attended campus interviews. Deepthi said to have received job offers from Microsoft, Goldman Sachs and Amazon. Choosing Microsoft as her first preference, Deepti’s abilities were highly recognized by the company representatives and has placed her in the Software Development Engineer (SDE) Grade-2 category. Deepthi is the only person to receive the highest annual salary out of 300 selected at the University of Florida.

As per Deepti’s LinkedIn, she wrote that she loves coding and technology. Deepti’s father Dr Venkanna is a forensic expert, leading the close teams in the Hyderabad Police Commissionerate. Deepthi also worked as a software engineer at JP Morgan earlier right after her Btech graduation. She later resigned from the job and flew to the US to study MS.
