Pics: Sanjjannaa Aces Risky AcroYoga

Actress Sanjjanaa Galrani commenced practising yoga on a regular basis ever since she contracted coronavirus. She began to take the help of yoga asanas to sail through the covid ordeal. Asanas like Mandukasana and Kapalbhati Pranayama were some of the exercises she often recommends to her fans and followers on social media.

The actress, on the occasion of International yoga day, posed a bunch of pictures that showcase her dedication to the practice. She is seen doing Acroyoga, a combination of Yoga and acrobatics. It requires two people, usually referred to as “Flyer” and the “base”. For some highly difficult postures a third person known as a “Spotter”, is needed.

The actress is seen doing Acroyoga along with her Acro yoga Guru Shri Amar Shri Vidya Guruji. Sanjjanna wrote long notes on how Acroyoga is beneficial to health and mental wellbeing. She also preached the types and forms of doing the complex form of yoga. AcroYoga requires a great amount of training for strength, flexibility and technique.

Acroyoga might be hard at the beginning, but once we are able to keep our balance it is a sweet ride to acrobatics heaven. And Sanajjana proved the same. She did the asanas and lifts effortlessly and left an indelible mark on everyone’s mind. Yoga has always been an integral part of the actress and she shot the videos and pictures for today in a duration of nearly five days at a stretch.
