Viral: Outstanding Catch By Female Cricketer Harleen

Indian female cricketer Harleen Kaur Deol has taken a sensational catch in the first T20 international against England women. This effort of Harleen has taken the internet by storm and from the likes of Sachin Tendulkar to Harsha Bhogle, everyone has lauded Harleen’s brilliant presence of mind.

In the 19th over of England’s batting, striker Jones hit the ball towards long-off. Harleen who was standing at the boundary line caught hold of the ball but she threw the ball in the air as she lost balance and immediately jumped into the ground and completed the catch.

“That was a brilliant catch @imharleenDeol. Definitely the catch of the year for me!,” tweeted Sachin while Harsha Bhogle wrote, “Aa good a catch as any you will see @imharleenDeol. Brilliant.”

However, India women lost the match by 20 runs in DLS method as India’s batting was interrupted by rain.
