Meta platforms Instagram, Facebook, and Messenger are down.
The social media platforms of Meta, Instagram, and Facebook are currently not working and both platforms are showing ‘failure to load’ error pages.
The Down detector reported more than 560,000 Facebook outages in the last 30 minutes.
Facebook users were logged out and were unable to log back in. Instagram is showing the ‘Something went wrong. There’s an issue and the page could not be loaded.’ message on the home page.
The outage problems appear to be global.
However, WhatsApp which is also owned by Meta is working fine.
