Distributors Night Out At Director’s Office?

One of the recent films have turned out to be a major debacle suffering hefty losses to its distributors. While the film’s director promised to settle their losses amicably, the delay in the settlement has made its distributors lose their patience. Rumours have it that some key distributors of the film have landed at the director’s office recently and stayed whole night without vacating the place.

The frustrated distributors have reportedly asked the director to clear their dues at the earliest. Buzz is that they have also cautioned the director that they would escalate things if the issue is not solved immediately. Talk is that the distributors are threatening the director-producer that they would go to hero’s house if their dues are not settled. While the losses in film distribution is quite common, the distributors have suffered losses about 70 percent to 80 percent of their investment which added to the woes. Now, the distributors are in no mood to calm down without getting their monies.

With this, the talented director is in difficult situation. He is reportedly trying his close aides and industry friends for financial aid. It needs to be seen where this whole issue end at. For now, this is the talk of the tinsel town.
