Supreme Gives Green Signal to Ramalayam, RRR Earns the Credit!

The construction of Ramalayam ( Lord Ram temple ) in Akividu under Undi constituency has sparked communal tensions as some of the local groups tried to oppose the move with objections over the site. TDP MLA and Deputy Speaker Raghu Rama Krishna Raju led the efforts to build the temple at any cost.

RRR actively coordinated with local administration to acquire the necessary revenue records, permissions, and the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the District Collector to ensure the project met all legal standards. However, the process was stalled as opposing groups took the matter to Supreme Court.

After several argued, the Supreme Court today struck down the petitions and withheld the decision given by state High Court, permitting to construct Ramayalam, the controversy has now reached a logical and legal conclusion.

When legal challenges were mounted in the Andhra Pradesh High Court and subsequently the Supreme Court, RRR consistently defended the historic existence of the temple and the validity of the government permissions. He was so determined throughout this battle to erect the Ram temple at the site.

Following the final verdict, RRR welcomed the decision and expressed strong satisfaction, publicly thanking the legal team and calling the verdict a victory for truth, righteousness, and the local devotees.

RRR said the court dismissed the petition filed by Jada Shravan Kumar against the temple construction following strong arguments. He expressed his gratitude to Advocate Suyodhan, along with advocate Prerana Singh for bringing all facts and previous judgements in this case to the notice of Supreme Court.

RRR said that though the plot being 4 cents in size, a beautiful temple will be completed by the end of November as originally committed.
