Acharya Revolves Around Siddha’s Character

Chiranjeevi’s Acharya has been one of the most anticipated and long-delayed film. The Mega fans are eagerly waiting for the film with a bated breath as the movie features Chirajneevi and Charan. Though the duo shared screen space earlier in Magadheera and Bruce Lee respectively where Chiru had played guest roles, they have not acted together in a film for pivotal roles. And Acharya marks the father-son duo doing significant roles. The credit goes to Koratala for getting the father-son duo onboard for this prestigious project.

Now, none other than Koratala Siva himself divulged about the significance of Charan’s role in Acharya. While it is known that Charan would be seen playing leader Siddha in the movie, Siva revealed that the whole film revolves around Siddha’s role. The entire emotion of the film is woven around Siddha’s character which makes the film even more interesting, confirmed Siva in a recent interview. He added that Charan’s role plays a crucial part in the second half of the film.

Siva shared that the majority of the film’s shoot has been wrapped up and only 10 days of the shoot is pending. He said the shoot would be resumed once the Second wave of Covid-19 pandemic ends and situation comes to normalcy.

Talking about the next update of Acharya, Siva confirmed that ‘Neelambari’ song shot on Charan and Pooja Hegde would be unveiled soon. The film which was supposed to release the screens on May 13th has been postponed indefinitely. The makers are now aiming for an August release. More deets are awaited.
