Actor Sohel was shot to fame with his stint in Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 in which he ended up as one of the finalists. After that, Sohel was flooded with offers from the film industry. He is currently working on his debut film as a hero.
In an interview with a national daily, Sohel stated that he wants to be the Ayushmann Khurrana of Tollywood.
He wants to pick the roles that no Telugu actor has chosen until now and aims to become a versatile artist.
Sohel stated that his debut film will be full of surprises. He is playing the role of an unapologetic and aggressive man who is high on emotions. It is a grey-shaded character and Sohel is excited to see how the audience receives it.
After completing around 45% of the shoot earlier this year, the makers had to halt all the works due to the second wave of the coronavirus. Recently, the shoot has resumed and is currently happening in Goa.
This untitled film is being directed by Srinivas Vinjanampati. Uma Maheshwara Ugra Roopasya fame Roopa Koduvayur is playing the female lead in it.
