Sometime back the trailer of ‘Narappa’ featuring Venkatesh and Priyamani in the lead cast was dropped. It was raw and intense and had many similarities like the original.
‘Narappa’ will head for an OTT release instead of theatrical one because it would take considerable time for theatres to reopen and run with full capacity.
Accordingly producer Suresh Babu preferred for OTT release and buzz is that the film also received fancy deal from Amazon Prime.
From July 20th ‘Narappa’ will be streaming on Prime and it’s just a week away.
However Venkatesh would not be taking part in any promotions for the OTT release. Apparently Venky is against OTT release but he agreed upon his brother Suresh Babu’s intervention.
So Venky is keeping ‘Narappa’ promotions at bay while rest of the prime cast i.e, Priyamani, Karthik Ratnam are likely to promote.
It’s a directorial of Sreekanth Addala.
