When Thalapathy Vijay Couldn’t Recognize Karthi

We often see actors bumping into each other’s sets whenever they are shooting simultaneously in the same studio. Recently, the same thing happened with Tamil stars Thalapathy Vijay and Karthi. But what made this meeting special is that Vijay was unable to recognize Karthi and the latter had to admit his identity.

If we get into the story, the shootings of Vijay’s Beast and Karthi’s Sardar are currently happening on different floors at a film studio in Chennai. Karthi is playing a dual role in Sardar and he is currently shooting in a different getup.

It seems that he learned Vijay is also at the studio and decided to meet the Master actor. Thus, he proceeded to Beast’s set wearing the same getup.

Apparently, Karthi roamed in the set for 15 minutes but no one was able to recognize him. Eventually, he went to Vijay and even he couldn’t recognize Karthi. Then, the Khaithi actor admitted his identity.

After realizing the fact, it seems that Vijay was amused. It is heard that both the actors had a chat for more than half an hour and they spoke about their ongoing projects.

Beast is being directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and Sardar is being helmed by PS Mithran. Both these flicks may hit the screens early next year.
