Rakul Preet Singh is undoubtedly one of the top actresses in India who makes fitness her priority. She often says her metabolism is poor and she needs to eat healthy to avoid gaining extra kilos. The actress also shares her workout routines every now and then on her social media.
From yoga sessions to cardio and from gym workouts to home exercises, Rakul treats her fans with her workout regime that we all crave to look at. Rakul posted a video of her “full-body workout” and it will leave you surprised at how tough she is.
Her workout session comprises pulldown row, battle rope, one arm kettlebell swing, sprinting, crunches, squats, chest press, burpees, Russian twists, kickboxing, and a few more. “Workout because you love your body, not because you hate it,” she wrote as a caption. Rakul looks extremely fit and dedicated working out she surely gave us inspiration with her relentless physical efforts.
The actress was last seen in Netflix’s Sardar Ka Grandson. She will next be seen in Mayday and will essay the role of a pilot in the thriller drama. The film is helmed and produced by Ajay Devgn. She will also star in Doctor G, co-starring Ayushmann Khurrana. Apart from these, Rakul is busy with an untitled Krish film in Telugu, Indian 2 and Ayalaan in Tamil, and ThankGod in Hindi.
