Samantha Akkineni won the ‘Best performance female’ award for The Family man series at the Indian Film Festival Of Melbourne 2021. The actress took to her Twitter to thank the makers of the series, Raj & DK.

Fans believe she deserves the award thoroughly as Samantha gave one of her career-best performances as Raji in this series. Meanwhile, Suriya and his film ‘SooraraiPottru’ directed by Sudha Kongara won the Best Performance Male and Best film at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) 2021.
