Akshay Kumar is one actor who always creates a trend. He was the first actor in the country who started shooting in Covid time. Now, he is the first actor in Bollywood to release a film post the second wave.
His new film, Bell Bottom is out now and has managed to get mixed reviews. So much was said about the film and the update is that the spy drama has made 2.6 crores net on day one in India.
This is quite a low collection when compared to Akshay’s films which take close to 25 to 28 crores on day one. This clearly shows how hard the pandemic has hit the film industry in India.
When compared to Thursday, the Friday collections are better. So, the weekend collections will be key for the film to be in a safe zone.
