​​Kamal Haasan Turns A Writer For A Malayalam Director

Of late, Kamal Haasan has been announcing an interesting lineup of his filmography. It is already known that the actor is currently busy with the shooting of Vikram, which is being directed by young filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Now, the Dasavatharam actor announced his collaboration with another young director. Kamal announced that he is currently scripting a film for Malayalam director Mahesh Narayanan. Kamal will play the lead role in this movie.

It is being speculated that this movie will be a sequel to Kamal’s hit film Thevar Magan. Apparently, Fahadh Faasil will also play a pivotal role in it. Currently, Kamal and Fahadh are acting together in the movie Vikram. Thevar Magan featured Kamal and Sivaji Ganesan in the lead roles. Kamal penned the story of that movie too.

Mahesh Narayanan made his debut with the 2016 film Take Off. Later, he impressed us with his directorial skills with the films C U Soon and Malik. Mahesh earlier edited Kamal’s film Vishwaroopam.
