Jagapathi Babu takes indirect potshots at Boyapati Srinu

Actor Jagapathi Babu started his second innings as a villain from the 2014 film Legend. The Boyapati Srinu directorial film resurrected the career of Jagapathi Babu and made him one of the busiest actors in T-Town right now. However, the Samanyudu actor expressed his disappointment over Legend and the director Boyapati Srinu in a recent interview.

In a recent interview with fight masters Ram-Lakshman, Jagapathi Babu indirectly said that he was betrayed by director Boyapati. He stated, “I haven’t gotten justice in the film Legend. Everyone knows that but no one raised their voice and turned against the director. Right now, I have come out of all such boundaries and decided to work on films on my own terms. I will do the films which I like and nothing else.”

“I was narrated a different script by the director and it turned out to be different on the big screen. Why should I get beaten by the lead hero? I was told that the story will be like a clash between a lion and a tiger. But my role ended up like a rabbit. Thus, I will not act in such movies from now on.” he further added.
