Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Sreenu’s Akhanda, which has been making a lot of noise, is likely to hit the screens for October 13th, 2021. The date which was initially blocked by SS Rajamouli for RRR.
It was buzzed that Chiranjeevi’s Acharya could take RRR slot. But Chiru and Koratala want more time for the film and they are now considering Christmas as a nice season which gives a good window before Sankranthi. This comes in handy for Balayya and Boyapati. They are eyeing Dasara for the film’s release.
Akhanda works are going on in full swing. Vijaya Dasami is a great occasion. Since Balayya and Boyapati have a great penchant for traditions and muhurat, they are going to zero in on October 13th.
An official announcement is expected soon. Balayya will be seen in dual roles in this film. His Aghora get-up has already garnered a thunderous response.
