After lots of dillydallying, finally Bunny has decided to take off with Venu Sriram’s Icon, which will be bankrolled by Dil Raju. After the super success of Vakeel Saab, it looks like the hero’s confidence in the director got doubled and he’s said to have agreed to do Icon with some minor changes in the script. And now, the team is busy with pre-production, finding the right heroine as well for the movie

Usually, Allu Arjun won’t repeat his heroines as he hasn’t worked twice with big starlets like Samantha, Shruti Haasan and Rakul Preet earlier. But the buzz now has that he is in awe of dusky siren Pooja Hegde and the duo might come together for the third time after entertaining audiences with DJ Duvvada Jagannadham and Ala Vaikuntapurramlo. Though it’s not confirmed, reports are coming that Raju already sent a word to Pooja to check with her dates.

Only if Allu Arjun is feeling that Pooja is his lucky mascot, for sure they might sizzle on the silver screen again. But then, with Pooja having a huge lineup of movies to complete, will she be able to join Icon is the biggest question here.
