Shilpa Shetty : I was Too Busy, Didn’t Know What Raj Kundra’s Was Up To

After Raj Kundra was jailed in connection with producing and streaming porn/adult movies on mobile apps, his wife and actor Shilpa Shetty has been listed as a witness in the Mumbai Police charge sheet. And as per the charge sheet, Shilpa Shetty had told the police that she was not aware of her husband’s activities.

“I was too busy with work, did not know what Raj Kundra was up to,” read the statement from the actor, a part of the 1,400-page charge sheet filed by the Mumbai Police. She further told she also did not know about apps such as “Hotshots” or “Bollyfame”, which later revealed that both are linked to the porn racket.

After “Hotshots” was removed over porn content from the Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store, another app, Bollyfame, was launched. Raj Kundra reportedly used the Viaan Industries Limited office to run the daily routine of his porn racket. Kundra was arrested on July 19 along with four other employees.

Back then. Kundra has said in court that the content can b labelled as “lascivious” but not pornographic and that similar material is available on OTT platforms like Netflix.
